Creating a New Firm

You can manage Accounts of more then One Firm in Visual Catpro. A New Firm can be created by doing following steps:

Login as Supervisor

Click on 'H.Keeping' -> 'New Firm' Button

Fill the Firm Name & Station as shown below:

Click on OK Button to Create the New Firm

Note:
You may also create a new firm from the Backup (.BK09 file) by clicking on 'Import From File...' button as shown in the above picture. In this case Visual Catpto shall find out the Firm name & Station from BK09 file automatically.
