This article shows how to design forwarding letters and attach with the
invoice.
You may design the forwarding letters and attach with the invoice. To do
design a form in Doc Rep Forms.Design the form as
required and save
with the appropriate name. Suppose you saved form with name "HUNDI".
After that open the invoice DocType with whom you want to attach the
letter and mark the letter name like "HUNDI" against DocLetter1 property.
Same way you may create maximum 8 letters and in doctypes you have 8
properties DocLetter1 to DocLetter2 to attach with invoice.
After above tasks are completed. To print letters preview the invoice. click
on "Others" from bottom in preview screen. All letter names are appear
automatically, click on the letter name to print the letter.
Same way you may create different letters for and attach with different
DocTypes.
