The following procedure should be adopted to handle consignment sales:
1. When Goods are received from the consignor, these should be
entered in a separate consignment stock ledger. No F.A. entry is required
to be passed.
2. When goods are sold, a normal sales entry should be passed in
financial accounts. In addition to this if a voucher as shown below should
be passed with taxable amount:

3. When goods are sold, they should also be reduced from
consignment stock ledger.
implement in invoicing
1. Ask consignor name in invoicing. For the purpose a textbox namely
"txpConsignor" is available in DocInputs. Consignor A/c code shall be
stored in DocMain in a field namely "ConsignorCode"
2. Mention "Goods received on consignment" a/c code in DocTypes
against the property "DocConsignmentCode".
3. A new Doc Property namely "DocConsignmentFactor" is available to
handle consignment stock. DocData also has a field "ConsignmentFactor"
to maintain consignment stock. Specify -1 to reduce consignment stock in
"DocConsignmentFator".
Receive Goods
1. Ask consignor name in invoicing. For the purpose a textbox namely
"txpConsignor" is available in DocInputs. Consignor A/c code shall be
stored in DocMain in a field namely "ConsignorCode"
