Sometimes its happen that we sell goods to a client with fixed terms. e.g.
Client 'A' is always purchase goods by paying 'Cash' and client 'B' is always
purchase goods by 'Credit'/'Bill'. In such a case you may fixed the Terms
for the party in master module. 'Terms' prompt appears by clicking on 'F6:
Other Info' in master updation module.
After specifying Terms in master module you have to mark 'Yes' against
'Pick Terms from Master' under 'Settings-2' category in Invoice
module Settings as shown below:
Now when you create an invoice it first prompt you to select the party.
The terms automatically picked from the master. If Terms are not mention
in master then it prompt you to select the Terms. Further you may change
the terms for a specific document.
