You may compare expenses of any two periods. To compare expenses
click on 'Final Accounts' -> 'Compare Expenses'. After that it prompts
you to fill the periods as shown below:
After clicking on 'OK' button it shows the comparison report as shown
below:
You may view the report Period wise/Turnover wise by clicking on relevant
button. When we make the comparison based on turnover, it will calculate
increase/decrease in expenses considering the proportion of sales in the
two periods. If the comparison is based on period, the increase/decrease
in expenses is calculated on the basis of days in given periods.
